After you find your bike and decide how you want to receive it, we ship the it to the local Trek retailer you choose, where it will be professionally assembled for you. From there, your retailer will call you to arrange the delivery method you chose—pick-up at the shop, curbside delivery, or home delivery.
When you buy a Trek bike online, you’re also supporting locally owned business, because the Trek retailer you choose gets credit for the bike you bought online.

The Trek Size Finder
This online tool helps determine the bike size that’s best for you. You’ll need a measuring device for your height and inseam.

A few key accessories can make all the difference between good bike rides and great bike rides. When your bike is ready for pick-up or delivery, your retailer will contact you to review your accessory needs. Lights, pedals, helmets, water bottles, kickstands, and more can be added at this time and installed on your bike or included with your order. Trek retailers carry a lot of accessories found on trekbikes.com, but if you know what you are looking for, we can always ship accessories to your home or bike shop.
A note about pedals: Many bikes include pedals, but some do not. If your bike is pictured without pedals, they are not included with the bike.
Trek retailers offer a variety of delivery methods, including in-store pickup, curbside delivery at the shop, and home delivery. During the online checkout process, you will be asked how you would like to receive your bike.
In-store pickup/Curbside delivery
If you prefer picking up your bike at the shop, select your order for FREE Click & Collect. Your retailer will call you after assembling your bike to arrange a time to come to the shop. You can come into the store or call ahead to have a staff member bring it to your car.
Select retailers offer home delivery on bikes ordered online with Trek. After assembling your bike, your retailer will contact you to arrange a time that works for your schedule and deliver your new bike in the manner you prefer—at your door, front porch, back porch, garage, or wherever you’re most comfortable.
Registration is a quick and easy way to protect your new-bike investment. It provides a record of your serial number in case your bike is ever lost or stolen and will help us get in touch with you with important product information.
