Be a Trek Store Manager

What you’ll do:

• Lead all staff in world-class hospitality to meet financial goals
• Actively work the sales floor and be one of the top two (2) salespeople in the store
• Organize, implement, and validate staff training and monitor performance
• Participate in store merchandising and order additional supplies as needed
• Contribute to all aspects of human resources and staffing within the store
• Be the mayor of your store! Ride Bikes. Have Fun. Feel Good.
