What you’ll do:
• Serve as the operations lead for your store’s service center, engaging with customers to diagnose issues and recommend bicycle parts
• Be accountable for all decisions relating to workflow, staffing mechanics, and KPI’s
• Active professional development–attend multiple Trek Certified Service (TCS) classes in Waterloo, Wisconsin
• Develop service employees by organizing, implementing, and validating mechanic training through Trek Certified Service (TCS)
• Manage and control service costs by reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly service reports and addressing all variances
