The maximum tire size for Charter+ is 27,5 X 2,4" (60mm).
What is the hub spacing?
Front hub 100mm, Rear 142mm for Charter+ models with rear derailleur, Rear 135mm for IGH models.

What type of bottom bracket does it use?
Charter+ does not have a bottom bracket. The bottom bracket is integrated into the Bosch Smart System drive unit.
What is the maximum chainring size?
The maximum chainring size for Charter+ is 50T.
What is the rear brake mount? What is the max rotor size?
We use post mount brake mounts, suitable for 180mm rotors.

How long does the battery take to charge?
Charge time depends on the chosen battery and the charger used.
All Charter+ 4 models are delivered with a 2A charger.
All Charger+ 5 models are delivered with a 4A charger.
Charge time 540Wh with a 2A - 50% / 100%: 3.8H / 7.7H.
Charge time 800Wh with a 2A - 50% / 100%: 5.7H / 12.4H.

Can the battery be upgraded to a larger size?

What is the range?

Charter+ is fully equipped with front and rear lights, extra-long and sturdy fenders, a MIK HD rear rack with a MIK Side, and a stable kickstand.
Which rack standard (MIK or interchange)?
Charter+ has a MIK HD rear rack with MIK Side. Max load of 27Kg.
Is it compatible with child seats?
Yes, child seats can be directly mounted onto the MIK HD rear rack.
Is there a handlebar available that offers an even more comfortable ride position?
Yes, a handlebar that offers a super comfortable riding position can be ordered with SKU: W5330574.
Can I add a dropper seatpost to the Charter+?
Yes, there is enough room to route a dropper seatpost internally.
Can I add a Bosch Connect Module?

Yes, there is a specific pouch for an AirTag located on the inside of the motor cover.
Can I mount a water bottle or a foldable lock on my Charter+?
Yes, Charter+ low-step models have mounts on the seat tube (step over models also have mounts on the top tube).

Yes, all Charter+ models are equipped with an ART Certified ABUS ringlock.
Can I use the same key for my battery locks as for my ringlock?
