Bij Trek Bicycle Kortrijk moet je zijn voor de nieuwste producten van Trek en Bontrager, onderhoud en reparatie aan fietsen van alle merken. De winkel ligt mooi langs een fietspad net buiten het centrum van Kortrijk, de ideale plek om een paar fietsen uit te proberen, je geluk te beproeven op de legendarische kasseien van Roubaix of een pleziertochtje te maken langs de Leie. We zetten ons met hart en ziel in om meer mensen aan het fietsen te krijgen. Of je nu naar je werk fietst, wedstrijden rijdt of gewoon voor je plezier fietst, we zien je graag bij onze maandelijkse groepsrit of in onze winkel om meer van ons aanbod te ontdekken. Regular bicycle maintenance is key to keeping your trusty steed running smoothly ride after ride. That's why we offer 24-hour service turnaround on bikes of any brand* — no appointment needed. Stop by today and our expert in-store technicians will have your ride rolling like new in no time at all.

Here’s how we’ll do it:

Listen

We want to know about your concerns, learn about your riding habits, and understand your goals. That way, we can provide exactly what you need to get the most out of your bike.

Inspect

One of our service advisors will put your bike in the stand and run it through our professional inspection process. They’ll describe what they’re noticing and address any concerns.

Recommend

From there, we'll discuss how we can get your bike back up to speed with a service package, on-the-spot adjustments, or replacement parts. We’ll also create an itemized receipt to make sure you’re comfortable with repair costs before we get to work.

Get to fixin’

Leave your bike with us, and we'll do the rest! You'll receive an email and/or text when your repairs have been completed, and we'll be sure to give you a call if anything pops up along the way. Plus, if our turnaround time exceeds 24 hours, we'll set you up with a complimentary demo bike.

Recommended every 25+ hours of riding

The deep clean
Recommended every 50+ hours of riding
-Includes all Level One services
-Deep clean drivetrain
-Lateral and vertical wheel true
-Inspect bottom bracket
-Clean and polish bike
build Level Three:
The strip down
Recommended every 100+ hours of riding
-Includes all Level One and Level Two services
-Disassemble and deep-clean all parts
-New cables, housing, and bearing systems*
-Advanced wheel true
-Replace front and rear suspension wipers, seals, and oil**

Our service packages are electric bike compatible! You can have the same work done on your e-bike as any non-electric bike. However, we do offer a few additional add-on services for Trek e-bikes that cater specifically to their e-systems.*
