Program requirements

Troubleshoot payment options
If you don’t see Trek Financing as a payment option at checkout, it means the items in your cart aren’t eligible.
Be sure your total is between $99 - $25,000 and your cart does not include gift cards, but the initial purchase needs to include equipment. Gift cards cannot be used or purchased with Trek Financing.
Returns
If you need to return something purchased with Trek Financing, follow our return guidelines.
Your Trek Financing account will be credited within 7 to 10 business days after a return has been processed.

What is a Citizens Pay Line of Credit?
Trek Financing uses Citizens Pay Line of Credit to enable you to make purchases at participating locations. The Citizens Pay Line of Credit offers APR rates and terms for each purchase. We recommend setting up automatic payments to make sure your bill is paid on time.
If I am approved for a Citizens Pay Line of Credit but do not complete the purchase process, will the inquiry still show on my credit report?
Yes. Once a hard inquiry has been submitted to a credit bureau, it will be reflected on your credit report.
If I am approved for a Citizens Pay Line of Credit but do not complete the purchase will my account be automatically closed?
Yes, your Citizens Pay Line of Credit will automatically close after a period of inactivity, as described in the Citizens Pay Line of Credit Terms & Conditions and Line of Credit Agreement.
Can I use my Citizens Pay Line of Credit to make future purchases?
You may be able to make additional purchases on your Citizens Pay Line of Credit at participating locations.
Where can I view my Citizens Pay account summary and payment history?
Citizens Pay provides an easy and secure way to view Line of Credit information at www.pay.citizensbank.com. There, you can view your account summary, transaction history, and make payments using your PC or mobile device.
How do I make payments for my Citizens Pay Line of Credit?
Once you’re approved, you’ll receive a welcome email from Citizens Pay after your purchase. In the email you’ll find a link to set up your account and enroll in the automatic payment program.
