- The smooth advantage
- Front and Rear IsoSpeed decouplers smooth rough roads
- 500 Series OCLV Carbon frame lets you ride stronger, longer
- Additional tire clearance for on- and off-road versatility
E2 asymmetric steerer
Trek’s E2 asymmetric fork/steering tube gives you the best of both worlds: lateral rigidity for precision cornering, plus vertical compliance to absorb road imperfections.
E2 head tube and fork
Our E2 head tube tapers from a 1.5" lower to a 1-1/8" upper, for the lateral rigidity of a 1.5" system without the added weight. Maximum power transfer and more stiffness under cornering loads adds up to a more powerful and confident ride.
As befits the world’s most advanced endurance racing bikes, we’ve developed the world’s most stable racing geometry. Still racy, but with a slightly higher head tube for better stability and greater comfort through the entire ride.
Performance. Stability. Victory. Trek endurance geometry is a triple threat, maximizing control, handling, and responsiveness through perfectly tuned rider weight bias.
Domane Control Center
At the heart of the new Domane is an integrated control center that houses the battery for electronic drivetrains. The control center is tucked into the downtube for accessibility, aerodynamics, and ease of use.
Additional Tire Clearance
Additional tire clearance allows Domane to go where no road bike has gone before. Race, ride, explore.
It's a one-two punch: generous ride-tuned sweep and shape increases compliance for a smoother ride, and unique dropout placement optimizes the wheelbase.
Flat Mount disc brakes
All-new Flat Mount disc brakes are more elegant, lighter, smaller, and cleaner than traditional disc brakes, providing superior performance and stopping power under harsh conditions.
Disc brake option
Disc brake option features post-mount disc brakes, thru axles, and Closed Convert for ultimate stopping power and flexibility. The 142x12mm rear dropout and 15mm fork dropout offer maximum stiffness, steering precision, and rigidity. Both can convert to traditional quick releases for aftermarket wheel compatibility.
Wider is better—and BB90 is the widest bottom bracket available on a road bike. This Trek-exclusive carbon BB makes the frame lighter, stiffer, and quicker to accelerate.
DuoTrap S compatible
DuoTrap S seamlessly integrates a Bluetooth®/ANT+ sensor into the frame with no added aerodynamic drag, allowing you to measure speed, distance, and cadence on your computer or smart phone. It works with all major ANT+ wireless technology players.
An OCLV Carbon exclusive. Our proprietary molding process allows us to create the precise, extremely-tight-tolerance shapes required for the best ride quality and performance, like our integrated cupless BB90 bottom bracket and our cupless Net Molded head tube.
Performance cable routing
Our sleek, race-optimized cable routing system virtually eliminates friction for the crispest shifting in any conditions. Three years in the making, and well worth the wait.
Ride Tuned seatmast
Our no-cut Ride Tuned seatmast is designed for the rigors of pro racing. It's the lightest, most comfortable solution for day-in, day-out performance and comfort, however rough the roads or hard the riding.
Power Transfer Construction
Get the most out of every pedal stroke with Power Transfer Construction. This Trek innovation connects our exclusive E2 head tube and BB90 bottom bracket with a wide, ultra-stiff down tube that transfers more of your pedaling power to the road, for more speed out of every pedal turn.
Hidden fender mounts
Discreet mounts accommodate full-coverage fenders for added utility.
A 12mm front thru axle makes steering more precise for more control, and the quick-release feature makes wheel removal easy.
3S integrated chain keeper
Our 3S chain keeper is integrated into the bike frame, an elegant solution that provides flawless shifting even on rough roads and under heavy loads. No more standing there, covered in grease, unwedging your dropped chain as competitors race by.
World’s best endurance bike
Domane is more of everything: all the performance, twice the compliance. The IsoSpeed decoupler isolates the seat tube from the rest of the frame, doubling compliance and smoothness with zero performance drawbacks.

Sizing & fit
The charts below show our recommended sizes based on height, but there are some other factors, like arm and leg length, that determine a great fit. That’s why you’ll see some overlap in our recommendations. Not every rider who’s 5´8˝, for example, will fit on the same size bike. The best way to find your perfect fit is to consult the experts at your local Trek retailer.
