It's right for you if...

You're new to off-road riding and want the capability of a mountain bike for new adventures and a fun way to stay fit. You side with women who prefer the fit and feel of a bike made specifically for them.

The tech you get

Skye Women's has 21 speeds with a wide range of gearing for easy riding on terrain that varies in elevation. It's modeled after our higher-end mountain bikes and built with a lightweight women's Alpha Aluminum frame, mechanical disc brakes for increased stopping power in any weather conditions, and a suspension fork with 75mm of travel—just enough to absorb the big bumps and keep you cruising.

The final word

Skye Women's greatest gift is its versatility. It's built in Trek's mountain bike heritage, with a frame and parts designed specifically for women, and is fully capable of conquering trails. But it's a great choice for commutes, too. Rack and fender mounts make it easy to accessorize and haul a heavy load.

favorite_borderWhy you'll love it

  1. It's a real mountain bike that's also perfectly suited to daily commutes, rides around campus, or just getting from A to B on any surface
  2. The flat mountain-style handlebar and disc brakes keep you in control, on or off the trail
  3. Rack, fender, and kickstand mounts make it easy to accessorize, so your mountain bike can double as a rugged commuter

Sizing & fit

The charts below show our recommended sizes based on height, but there are some other factors, like arm and leg length, that determine a great fit. That’s why you’ll see some overlap in our recommendations. Not every rider who’s 5´8˝, for example, will fit on the same size bike. The best way to find your perfect fit is to consult the experts at your local Trek retailer.
