Bike Service and Repair

Service reviews from riders like you

Great service. Got a tune up recently which included a full breakdown of the bike for washing, reassembly and a few new parts. I shopped around before getting this done, and Trek was the most reasonably priced. While other shops were estimating weeks to complete service, Trek estimated max three days. They had it done in less than 24 hours, with the bike looking and feeling like new.

I have bike shops closer to me, but it's worth the 40-minute drive for the service I receive. Repairs are done properly, the employees are honest and the prices are affordable. Most recently, I had my bike in for a damaged wheel, and Chris turned the entire bike around in about 36 hours. The wheel was replaced, and they even threw in complimentary checks/adjustments on my brakes, headset, chain, etc. I'm so thankful I came to Trek! Bike is good as new!

I've received amazing service both times that I've visited. It didn't even matter that the part I was searching for retailed for only $2.50. The front desk and service staff treated me the same as if I was purchasing a $10,000 bike. I'll always go there for parts, service and inspiration because the team is really top notch.

Service made simple

When it’s time to bring your bike in, here’s what we’ll do.

Listen

When we ask, “How can we help you today?” we mean it. We want to know any concerns you’re having; how far, how often and where you like to ride; and if you have any big goals or races coming up. That way we can provide exactly what you need to get the most out of your bike.

Inspect

One of our service technicians will put your bike in the stand and run it through our professional inspection process. They’ll describe what they’re doing, what they’re noticing, and address all of your concerns.

Recommend

From there, we’ll discuss what we can do to get your bike back up to speed, like making on-the-spot adjustments, ordering replacement parts or suggesting a service package. We’ll also create an itemised receipt to make sure you’re comfortable with repair costs before we get to work.

Get to fixin’

Leave your bike with us and we’ll do the rest! You’ll receive an email and/or text message when your repairs have been completed, and we’ll be sure to call you if anything pops up along the way.

Don’t forget to scrub behind your (g)ears

We’re always here to help, but there’s a lot you can do for your bike at home – with little more than a toothbrush. Watch these videos to learn how to wash your bike, maintain your drivetrain, pump your tyres and perform pre-ride checks. Showing your bike some W.L.C. (wash, lube and check) every 25 hours of riding or so will help keep your ride rolling like new.
