When it comes to cycling gear, the small stuff holds a lot of power. Think about it: a little discomfort from your gloves, socks or other accessories can have a huge impact on your mood and the quality of your ride. Bontrager always designs for comfort, but getting the right size is important. Here's how to choose Bontrager accessories that will fit and feel great on every ride.
A glove that fits properly will not constrict motion. Bontrager gloves are anatomically designed for a no-bunch fit. To find your appropriate size, measure the circumference of your hand using a cloth tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler. Use the chart below to determine the proper glove size based on your measurement.

To measure your feet, start by wearing the socks that you typically ride in and lay a blank piece of paper on a hard, smooth surface.
While standing, distribute your weight evenly and have someone trace each foot with a pencil taking extra care around the toes and heel areas.
If you are working alone, sit down on a chair and lean forward to shift more weight onto the foot you are going to trace.
On your outline, measure the distance from the heel line to your longest toe line and cross-reference with our sizing chart above. If your feet are different lengths, use the longer of the two measurements.
Shoes are built around a three-dimensional mould called a last. A last's shape can vary, and this affects a shoe's width, depth, height and overall fit. In other words, fit is about more than your shoe size. Bontrager offers shoes built around several different lasts. Here's what you need to know about lasts to choose the shoe that's right for you.
A high-performance toe spring with a secure fit for ultimate efficiency.
A high-performance toe spring with a slightly roomier fit from the ball through the mid-foot.
A relaxed fit with a flatter foot position for more versatility and utility.
A relaxed, roomier fit similar to a cross-trainer to combine on-bike and off-bike comfort.
Start by placing your bare foot in a small amount of water, ensuring that the entire bottom of your foot gets wet.
Carefully place your wet foot on a on a darker piece of paper so it leaves a visual impression of your unweighted arch.
Compare your arch impression to the Bontrager Arch Index below to find which of the three insole heights best fits your arch profile.
