What is the puncture protection featured on the Hard Case Max Pro tire?

Bontrager Hard Case Max Pro has a sub tread puncture protection strip down the center of the tire as well as bead to bead puncture protection. Along the sidewalls of the tire there is also Armorskin for improved cut resistance.

What is Armorskin?

Armorskin is a High quality polyamide fabric sidewall layer that helps create the most durable, long lasting, and puncture resistant tire Bontrager has ever made.

Is it tubeless compatible? 

Yes! Refer to the sealant chart back on the tire page under the features for the amount you will need.

What riding surface will this tire perform best on?

Bontrager Hard Case Max Pro was designed to be ridden on the road primarily, and will be ready for any of the rough roads ahead.

Can I mount them on a hookless rim?

No, these are only designed for a standard hooked rim.

Will Hard-Case Max Pro replace a current tire in the Bontager lineup?
