What is different about the frame compared to previous versions?

Allant+ 7 and 7S use a very similar frame to last year’s Allant+ 7 and 7S, but with slight changes to allow for compatibility with the Bosch BES3 smart system.

27.5x2.4” with or without fender

What is Shimano CUES?

Shimano CUES drivetrains feature incredibly smooth and stress-free shifting thanks to LINKGLIDE tooth shaping on the cassette. CUES cassettes utilize thicker teeth and a more robust base that results in up to triple the durability of Shimano’s non-CUES drivetrains – especially useful in high-torque e-bike situations.

What is the Bosch smart system?

All components such as the drive unit, battery, display, and the eBike Flow app are fully networked which makes it easy to swap in new smart system components, new functionality via the app, and simple over-the-air updates.

How long does the battery take to charge?

4A charger: 50% in 1.8 hours, 100% in 4.9 hours
2A charger: 50% in 3.8 hours, 100% in 7.7 hours

Kan er een accu met een grotere capaciteit worden geplaatst?

Jazeker. De fiets wordt geleverd met een accu van 500 Wh, maar deze kan worden vervangen door een grotere accu. Om de grotere accu te kunnen plaatsen, moet je de smart system spacer W5252256 en 4 M3 x 0,5 x 12 mm inbusbouten verwijderen.

Is the battery water resistant?

The battery has an IP55 rating, which means it is sealed from low-pressure water splashes at any angle, but should not be fully submerged in water.

What if I need to replace the battery or battery cover?

Replacement batteries are only available at your local Trek retailer, and many areas offer a battery recycling program to responsibly dispose of your old battery. The battery cover is the same size regardless of battery size, however a spacer is required when using a smaller battery. Please see the service manual for details.

Zijn er reservesleutels verkrijgbaar?

Ja. Er zijn reservesleutels verkrijgbaar via slotenfabrikant ABUS. Daarvoor is er een kaart met daarop een sleutelcode nodig die bij de fiets is meegeleverd. De sleutelcode zit ook opgeslagen in de afstandbediening en kan door een erkende dealer worden uitgelezen met de Diagnostic Tool 3 of met behulp van de eBike Flow app door de rijder zelf.

Is it compatible with Range Boost?

No. This year's Allant+ 7/7S frame does away with the extra downtube bottle boss and plunger hole that are required for Range Boost compatibility.

Does it have any accessory mounts (kickstand, racks, fenders, lights)?

The bike comes equipped with integrated lights, MIK rack, and fenders.
