Vogliamo conoscere i tuoi problemi, le tue abitudini di guida e i tuoi obiettivi. Solo così potremo offrirti esattamente ciò che serve per trarre il massimo dalla tua bici.

Ispezione

Uno dei nostri esperti meccanici posizionerà la bici sul cavalletto e la sottoporrà a un processo di ispezione professionale. Ti descriverà quello che nota e chiarirà qualsiasi eventuale dubbio.

Proposta

Successivamente, verificheremo come riportare la bicicletta alle condizioni ideali proponendo un pacchetto di assistenza, una regolazione sul posto oppure una sostituzione dei componenti. Inoltre prepareremo un preventivo per i singoli interventi, offrendoti l'opportunità di accettare ogni riparazione prima di iniziare i lavorari.

Azione

Lasciaci la tua bici: ce ne prenderemo cura noi! Quando avremo terminato tutti gli interventi di riparazione, riceverai una email e/o un SMS. Se dovesse accadere qualcosa nel frattempo, ti chiameremo noi. Inoltre, se i nostri tempi di consegna superano le 24 ore, ti forniremo gratuitamente una bici sostitutiva.
