How to get home delivery

Get your new bike in a way that is easy and convenient for you. During the online checkout process, you will be asked how you would like to receive your bike. Pick from FREE in-store pickup or retailer home delivery for $100. We’ll show you a list of Trek retail locations that offer your selected delivery method within a radius that includes your delivery address.

We'll then ship your new bike to the local Trek retailer you choose, where it will be professionally assembled for you.

When you buy a Trek bike online, you’re also supporting locally owned business, because the Trek retailer you choose gets credit for the bike you bought online.

How retailer home delivery works

1. Find your new bike on trekbikes.com.

2. During checkout, choose a local retailer offering home delivery to your address. If you don't see "Home delivery available," your local retailer may offer in-store pickup. Call +61 2 6173 2499 and we'll help.

3. Place your order! Your new bike will ship to your local retailer who will call you to arrange home delivery.

If your home address falls outside the delivery radius of a local Trek retailer, call the Trek Customer Care Team at +61 2 6173 2499. We’ll do everything we can to make it work.

Delivery availability is subject to quickly changing local and national travel and business restrictions. Retailer Home Delivery is available through select retailers only and applies to customers within a local Trek retailer's delivery radius, which is set at the discretion of the retailer.
