How do I know which arch height is best for me?

To start, there are three arch sizes heights: low, mid, and high. To determine which arch height is best for you, you can either visit your local Trek shop and have your arch height measured, or you can measure it yourself through a simple 3-step process. For this process, you will need a standard rimmed baking sheet, water, and a dark piece of paper or cardboard.

Step 1: While seated, start by placing your bare foot into the baking sheet filled with a enough water to submerge the bottom of your foot. Make sure the entire bottom of your foot gets wet.
Step 2: Carefully place your wet foot on a dark piece of paper or cardboard so it leaves a visual impression of your unweighted arch.
Step 3: Compare your arch impression to the Trek Arch Index to identify which of the three insole heights best fits your arch profile
