What’s new about the frame from previous generation?

Verve get upgraded to a new frame with clean cockpit cable routing to protect cables and a new, more durable, Shimano CUES drivetrain.

What is the max tire size it can fit?

Verve can fit 700 x 45c with or without Fenders

How much does it weigh?

In a size medium frame, the Verve 3 is 30lbs.

Can you ride unpaved paths or trails with this model?

Verve comes equipped with 700x 50C wide wheels and tires that are designed to ride on paved streets, paths, and light trails. If you are looking for something to ride purely off-road, check out the Dual Sport.

What is the weight capacity of this model?

This bike has a maximum total weight limit (combined weight of bicycle, rider, and cargo) of 300 pounds (136 kg).

Are any accessories included?

Accessories are not included but there are mounts to add a rack, fenders, water bottle cages, and kickstand to the bike.

Which kickstand will fit on the Verve?

There is a 2 bolt mount for a rear kickstand. We recommend this Bontrager Adjustable Rear Mount Kickstand.

Which Rack is compatible?

Verve has two mounts at the dropout and two at the seat tube to attach a rear rack. We recommend the Bontrager Backrack Disc SKU: 582180 (XS-M bike) or SKU 582181(M-XL Bike) for this bike as they fit the frame securely and feature MIK compatibility for bags.

Which Fenders are compatible?

There are mounts on the frame and fork to mount standard fenders. The Bontrager NCS Fender fits this model and provides full coverage.

Is it compatible with child seats?

Child seats require a rear rack that is rated to 27kg. All Bontrager rear racks are rated to 25kg, so we don’t recommend child seats.
