Report an ethics breach!
The Trek whistleblower system/complaints procedure is designed to report violations of our corporate principles and applicable laws (e.g. Whistleblower Protection Act, Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, etc.), which we have committed to uphold through the Trek Code of Conduct and Human Rights Policy Statement.
In order to be able to react appropriately to violations, we must recognise them as early as possible. Information about (imminent) violations can be reported to us by email: [email protected]
Your information will help us – this is the only way we can react to violations at an early stage. This is important so that we can minimise damage to our company as well as to employees and business partners. .
Incoming reports are processed in strict confidence by a designated member of the Legal & Compliance department. .
In addition to Trek's internal whistleblower system, it is also possible to submit reports to external reporting offices, including the external reporting office of the US federal government, the federal states and local authorities. .
