Growth spurts happen — but they shouldn’t stop you from investing in a quality kids’ bike that will inspire a healthy hobby for life. When you buy a kids’ bike at a participating location, you can bring it back and get up to 50% of the bike’s original purchase price in credit toward the purchase of a new one.
No good bike should sit around collecting dust, so we donate older bikes to local charities when you upgrade. That way your little one has a fun, comfortable, safe ride that fits, and so does someone else.*
*The Kids’ Bike Trade-up Program will accept qualifying kids’ bikes in exchange for a credit valued at up to fifty percent (50%) of the original sales price of the qualifying kids’ bike. This credit may be only applied towards a brand-new larger kids’ bike or their first adult bike. The qualifying kids’ bike must be originally purchased from a participating Trek retail location at least 6 months prior and must be in a safe and rideable condition in order to receive the credit. The actual value of the credit will be determined by sole discretion of the Trek retail location. Credit amount may not be applied toward sale or discounted bikes and no refunds will be given.
