Diamant Suvea FAQs

In which versions is the Suvea available?

We offer the Suvea in three versions:

  • Suvea Trip Pro
  • Suvea Trip Plus
  • Suvea Style

The Suvea Style comes with an internal gear hub and belt drive. It is perfect for customers looking for an E-SUV hardtail that is as intuitive, comfortable and low-maintenance as possible. The Suvea Trip Pro differs from the Suvea Trip Plus in its premium components such as electronic shifting, suspension fork, front light and suspended dropper seatpost.

In which sizes is the Suvea available?

The Suvea is available in all three versions in sizes S-M and L-XL and covers body sizes from 155 to over 195 cm. There is a generous overlap between the two sizes. This gives customers who are in the middle a choice – a dynamic riding style with the smaller frame or a comfortable riding style with the larger frame.

Is the Accessory Bar automatically supplied with the bike?

The Suvea is always supplied as a low step. The Accessory Bar must be ordered in addition to the bike. Please note: The Accessory Bar is also available in two sizes S-M and L-XL.

How do I attach the Accessory Bar?

Mounting instructions are supplied with every Accessory Bar. It must be fitted by a qualified bicycle mechanic.

What is the maximum load capacity of the Accessory Bar?

Is the Suvea compatible with the Bosch PowerMore?

Yes, the Suvea is compatible with the Bosch PowerMore 250. You can attach the Bosch PowerMore to the rear fender using a special adapter, and it must be secured with the velcro strap supplied with the bike. This additional battery is compact and weighs 1.5 kg. We recommend installation by our dealers.

How can the Suvea be protected against theft with trackers?

The Suvea is compatible with the Bosch ConnectModule. There is a compartment prepared for this in the motor cover. The motor cover also contains another compartment for an Apple AirTag. In both cases, we recommend installation by our dealers.

Can the cockpit of the Suvea be customized?

Yes, both the handlebars and stem can be adjusted and adapted in their angle and position. The Cable Wrangler brings all cables together below the stem. This means that handlebar bags can also be easily attached to the handlebars. If needed, we also offer a longer 110 mm matching stem, that can be purchased separately. When customizing the e-bike, observe the legal requirements of your country regarding the replacement of original components.

Can a smartphone be mounted on the cockpit?

Is there an app for the Suvea?

Yes, you can connect the Suvea with the Bosch eBike Flow app.

What is the maximum weight limit for the Clever Rack Pro?

The Clever Rack Pro can carry up to 27 kg. The permissible total weight (bike, rider and load) of 160 kg must not be exceeded.

Which bags are compatible with the Clever Rack Pro?

Most bags in the market will fit. For a particularly good fit, on the sides we recommend the Ortlieb BackRoller Classic panniers, any Ortlieb panniers with their 3.1 attachment system (separate adapters are necessary), or Basil panniers with their Side Studs attachment system (separate adapters are necessary). At the top, MIK-compatible bags or accessories will fit best. Please note that mounting the accessories on one or both sides of the rack (instead of top) will result in the best, most stable ride experience.

What are the D-Wings and what advantage do they offer?

The D-Wings are located on the side of the Clever Rack Pro and allow you to switch between the left and the right panniers without having to make additional adjustments. They also ensure optimum weight distribution and protect the luggage, frame and rear derailleur from each other. They also provide additional attachment points for various accessories (e.g. drybag cages, locks, pumps, water bottle cages, etc.).
