At Trek, we believe that great things happen when you treat people well. These six principles guide how we interact with our friends, partners and anyone who walks through our doors, calls our support line or joins us at an event. While they started as a guide for our Customer Care team, we’ve learnt that practising these principles outside a work environemnt also leads to great things. That’s why we’re sharing them here.
