Aftermarket Product Technician

The Aftermarket Product Technician will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data flowing into the Product Data Management (PDM) System as well as take on some additional reporting duties. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Excel, a great communicator, detail oriented and able to work independently through varying sized projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
· Providing user support for questions regarding data
· Proofreading data as it arrives into the system
· Ensuring accurate data arrives in our eCatalog
· Working within Excel to manipulate data
· Editing photos utilizing PhotoShop
· Assisting in the creation of print catalog
· Distributing and compiling reports as needed
Education and Experience
An Associates Degree in a related field would be helpful, but not required.

Summary
Receive and troubleshoot bicycle related dealer and consumer phone calls and e-mails daily.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
· Perform other various customer service related activities
· Track and monitor weekly phone activity
· Analyze returned product data monthly
· Computer experience required
· Customer service experience and bicycle knowledge preferred
· Demonstrated ability to perform intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications: Word and Excel are required
· Strong oral and written communication skills required
· Demonstrated ability to engage in results oriented activities
· Must be self motivated, have good analytical skills, work well individually or as a team member
· Will be working in busy customer service environment
· Motivated, hard working, with a desire to learn
· Assertive, creative and quick thinking
Education and Experience
Minimum of A.S. degree in science preferred
