Can I mix finishes (like putting a gloss logo on a matte body) on Signature themes? 

No, we do not offer mixed finished on Signature themes at this time.

Can I change the logo size on an ICON theme?  

No, the ICON themes have predetermined graphics packages that cannot be altered.

Can I get a bike without the Trek logo? 

You cannot.

How much carbon will I see under the Carbon Tint (Smoke) colours? 

Due to the unique nature of this paint technique, the amount of visible carbon will vary.

Can I fade two colours that aren’t currently offered as a fade pairing? 

No, our fades are tested to look incredible from top to bottom. We don't offer fade pairings that haven't been approved by our designers.

Are all ICON schemes identical? 

Every ICON bike is hand painted, which means no two are exactly alike

Can I create my own design? 

You can pick your colour combinations through our Signature offerings, or you can create a more intricate design that's completely your own through our Project One Ultimate program. Cost may vary. If you're interested in creating a Project One Ultimate, you can contact us for more info.

What is covered by the Project One paint warranty policy and what isn’t? 

cPaint has a two-year warranty against cosmetic defects for the original owner of the bike. Damage caused by an external force is not considered a warranty issue. Even if the paint damage is not a warranty issue you may still work with your local retailer to file a claim so we can evaluate your situation, see what we can do to help, and determine your best path forward.

Can you repaint my bike with a Project One colour/design ?  

No , we do not repaint bikes.

Is there a way I can see a colour sample in person? 

No, colour samples are not available at this time.

How do I get a custom-painted frame service part that matches my bike?

Please work with your local retailer to file a service claim. 

Can I get touch up paint for my project one bike?  

Most Project One colours do not have a touch up paint available. Contact your local retailer for more information.

Can I get a helmet painted to match? 

That would be awesome, but no.
