You can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll help you find a better fit so you're comfortable on your bike.

What is a 3D-printed lattice saddle?

3D printed lattice saddles are bike saddles that replace traditional foam padding with a flexible and supportive woven structure for next-level comfort. Our patent-pending lattice technology, called AirLoom, is made from an EPU (elastomeric polyurethane) that’s 3D-printed using a UV light-curing process. It’s then bonded to the saddle’s shell and rails to create a fully integrated design that delivers targeted support exactly where you need it most.

What are the benefits of Trek AirLoom compared to traditional foam saddles?

Trek AirLoom saddles offer tuned support where riders need it, lower peak pressures and reduced friction compared to traditional foam saddles.

How should I clean my Trek AirLoom saddle?

Despite lattice's more open structure, cleaning is the same as most bike components. We recommend rinsing with water, scrubbing using a soft bristle brush or soft cloth with a mild soap or bike cleaner, rinsing away any remaining cleaning products and dirt, and drying with air or a clean cloth.

We recommend avoiding the use of harsh cleaning products and alcohol-based cleaning products, pressure washing and the use of stiff brushes or abrasive pads.
