How do the Line Pro 30 MTB wheels differ from the previous generation of Line Pro 30 MTB wheels?

We know that more compliant wheels make bikes more capable of tackling tough terrain and make trails more fun, so our goal was to add compliance while maintaining impact strength.

We lowered the rim depth to 23.5 mm, while adding reinforced spoke nodes and offset spoke beds resulting in 13% more radial compliance in the front wheel and 11% in the rear wheel. Additionally, we redesigned the tyre well to make tubeless setup even easier.

What is OCLV Carbon?

OCLV stands for Optimum Compaction, Low Void and features carbon fibre that’s layered in carefully calculated patterns, then compacted using heat and pressure to create the ideal carbon-to-resin ratio. This translates to a strong, lightweight and comfortable wheelset in a wheel you can trust.

How many points of engagement do the Rapid Drive 108 hubs provide?

As the name suggests, there are 108 points of engagement on the hubs for the Line Pro 30 and Line Comp 30 wheels translating to near-instant engagement at 3.3 degrees.

What freehub driver do the Line Pro 30 and Line Comp 30 come with?

The wheels come with the SRAM XD freehub driver.

Yes. Both Line Pro 30 and Line Comp 30 are tubeless-ready right out of the box. The Line Pro 30 comes with a Bontrager TLR Rim Strip and TLR Valve installed. The Line Comp 30 comes with TLR Rim Tape and a TLR Valve installed.
