Factory Tour
Trek Factory tours offer the chance to get behind the scenes at Trek and everything that goes into making your Trek bike. We’ve opened two of our facilities for weekly tours.
Waterloo, Wisconsin

Tours are available at our Waterloo headquarters on Wednesdays at 10 AM. Tours last approximately one hour and are open to kids and adults of all ages. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. Closed toed shoes and safety glasses (provided) must be worn at all times during the factory portion of the tour. For groups of 10 or more, please call 920-478-2191 x 12049 a minimum of five days prior to the date you would like to join the Waterloo headquarters tour.

Tours are available weekdays (Monday through Friday) by appointment only. Call 262-473-8735 to set up an appointment. Tours are open to kids and adults of all ages, and strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. Closed toed shoes and safety glasses (provided) are required. Please call a minimum of five days prior to the date you would like to join the factory tour.
