Job Duties:
• Staff the ASCEND Support Line and complete dealer requests for assistance.
• Assist with installations and training of ASCEND, Trek’s retail management software.
• Help maintain our technical issue database for answering dealer questions.
• Assist with the creation and review of user training resources.
• Provide sales assistance. Process dealer orders for hardware and supplies. Conduct sales demos at our annual trade show and throughout the year as needed.
• Assist with the logging of dealer programming requests, the reviewing of programming requirements, and the testing of changes.
Requirements:
• Two year technical degree or higher required. Relevant experience will be considered.
• Ideal candidates should have telephone based customer service experience, basic PC and networking experience and experience working in bicycle retail environment.
• Some travel and overtime will be required.
• On-call support will be required on a rotational basis between all technicians.
• Technical support hours are from 8am to 7pm CST, Monday through Friday.
