Logistics Administrator

 The logistics Administrator ensures proper reception, processing and documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods. This proper documentation leads to efficient information flow to internal customers, a smooth warehouse process and a legally correct administration

Job description: 

1.  Coordination of all incoming and outgoing goods

·        Update administration in ‘cans’ sheet

·        Arrange transport

·        Create purchase orders in JDE

·        Check, adjust and release returned PO’s

·        Execute distributor announcements

·        Ensure proper administration & documentation import/export, including check on carrier invoices

2.  Planning

·        Create weekly planning overviews of incoming goods and communicate internally

·        Arrange transport for outgoing goods

3.  Address all internal and external customers

·        Respond to all incoming phone calls (within 3 rings), e-mails and faxes related to import/export from internal and external customers

·        Analyze and answer questions yourself or by addressing right person

·        Proactively inform you supervisor and if necessary other colleagues of repeating or outstanding issues/questions.

4.  Problem Reports

·        Generate a problem report according to request by Inside Sales or Carrier

·        Sort out the problem by finding all necessary information

·        Solve problem together with inside sales

5.  Continuous Improvement

·        Be active in continuous improvement and 5S projects

6.  Function as back-up

·        Be back-up for other Logistic Administrator and Coordinator (during e.g. illness, holiday or peek in workload)

 

 Ideal candidate:

·       MBO+ level, 

·      Minimum 2 year experience in an administrative logistics role, preferable with customs experience

·      Trained as declarant is a pre

·      Result driven, accurate and flexible

·      Good knowledge of MS Office, Excellent communication skills in Dutch &  English, German is preferred

·      Good planning & organizational skills, Pro-active, problem solver, self-starter

 

40 hr workweek (flexible hours between 8 and 19.30), residence near Wijchen

Cell Leader Office

 

Responsible for proper reception, processing and documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods. This proper documentation leads to efficient information flow to internal customers, a smooth warehouse process and a legally correct administration

Job description:

1.       General

·        Responsible for import/export/ problem reports/ customs and return activities in timely manner

·        Supervise activities of logistics coordinator

·        Liaise with Manager regarding import/export requirements

·        Manage day to day staffing issues

·        Responsible for weekly personnel planning (working schedule)

2.       Management

·        Develop & manage an enthusiastic & effective logistics team

·        Motivate, organize & encourage teamwork

·        Manage training & development for all office staff and continually evaluate personnel needs

·        Effectively deal with performance issues, punctuality, absentees and reviews

·        Weekly meetings with office staff

3.       Customs

·        Classification of all incoming goods according to duty tariff rulings and maintain in database

·        Check if incoming goods are booked with correct country of origin

·        Handle and chase certificates of origin, forms for preferential origin, import licenses and administration in DMS (Langdon)

·        Complete and correct monthly ENT reporting to customs of all bonded imports and exports

·        Daily reporting of incoming bonded goods in NCTS

·        Respond timely on notifications from customs regarding expired validation of transit documents

·        Keep customs manual up-to-date, select & read available magazines, actively participate in and follow up on training courses provided to you by Bikeurope/TREK

·        Manage and maintain the AEO control measures, and provide updates on AEO control measures to Dutch customs.

4.  Address all internal and external customers

·        Respond to all incoming phone calls (within 3 rings), e-mails and faxes related to import/export from internal and external customers

·        Analyze and answer questions yourself or by addressing right person

·        Proactively inform you supervisor and if necessary other colleagues of repeating or outstanding issues/questions.

5.  Function as back-up

6.  Kaizen facillator

·        Encourage team and colleagues to look for and act upon continuous improvement ideas.

·        Facilitate CI events, ensure the right people attend and action list are being followed

·        Responsible for the reporting of all CI and Kaizen events to (upper) management

 

Ideal candidate:

·       MBO+ level, 

·      Minimum 5 year experience, preferable in the import/export business area (customs experience

       is a pre )

·      Minimum 2 year experience as a supervisor

·      Trained as declarant

·      Result driven, accurate and flexible

·      Good knowledge of MS Office, Excellent communication skills in Dutch &  English, German is preferred

·      Good planning & organizational skills, Pro-active, problem solver, self-starter, decisions maker.

Ons Customer Service team is op zoek naar :

 

Nederlands - Franstalige Customer Service Topper

 

 

Het CS team is verantwoordelijk voor de operationele Sales taken binnen de Benelux zoals  verwerken en bevestigingen van orders en eventuele wijzigingen hierin ivm de gemaakte contractafspraken met onze dealers. De spil tussen de klant, de territoriaal manager (TM)  en de overige afdelingen binnen Trek (Garantie, Supply chain) met als doel het beste klant contact in de branche.

 

De functie als Inside Sales Rep in Amersfoort, bestaat onder ander uit de volgende taken:

-        Commercieel en administratief verantwoordelijk zijn te samen met de TM voor jullie accounts.

-        Het verwerken en afroepen orders, onderhouden telefonisch contact en email

-        Maken van dealer-transfers en beheer van de back orders.

-        Je zoekt naar optimalisatie en verbeter processen binnen de afdeling.

-        Verwerken van credit en debet aanvragen van klanten.

-        Ondersteunt in teamverband je collega’s Sales en of de Garantie afdeling waar mogelijk.

-        Optimaal klant contact met de Trek-dealers met als doel de beste in de branche te worden en te blijven.

-        Pro-actief communiceren naar je dealers (nieuwe informatie, service gerichte instelling en aannemen van orders).

-        Je bent en blijft op de hoogte van produkt- en markt-informatie.

-        Meedraaien bij beurzen en Demo dagen waar mogelijk.

-        Contact met consumenten zowel via telefoon als email.

-        Je rapporteert aan de Customer Service Manager.

 

Wat verwachten wij van onze nieuwe medewerker/ster:

-        Werkervaring in customer service rol is een pré, bij voorkeur in een retail omgeving.

-        Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands – Frans – Engels.

-        Affiniteit met fietsen en bent in staat te werken in een dynamische en flexibele omgeving.

-        Je weet van aanpakken, bent stress bestendig en enthousiast en energiek.

-        Je durft beslissingen te nemen en kunt goed zelfstandig werken.

-        Je bent pro-aktief, probleemoplossend en verkoop gericht.

-        Je bent een handige computer gebruiker (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).

-        Woonachtig in de regio Harderwijk (<20 kilometer)

Product Engineer

The sales offices for the Benelux together with some staffing functions are located in Amersfoort and our main European Warehouse is in Wijchen. The European Product Development department is located within the Amersfoort office. Due to growth and career developments within the organization, we are currently looking for a new fulltime colleague.

Product Engineer
You support the activities of the Product Development department by providing design engineering and project management in both product design and project execution. Lead and develop on new product designs and or changes to an existing product. Support product engineering by assisting in project meetings and in helping define job specifications for current active projects with a strong emphasis on following Trek Product Development process.
 
Ideal candidate:
  • minimum 3 years of experience in a similar environment
  • degree mechanical engineering or equal
  • strong 2D and 3D drawing skills (Solid Works)
  • strong technical and analytical skills (problem solving)
  • creative, flexible, accurate
  • strong project management skills
  • strong written/verbal communications skills in Dutch & English, German is desirable
  • Living in the Harderwijk area (office move 2015)
  • international travelling is part of the job
