Trek Bicycle Corporation, a leader in the global bicycle market, is seeking a fulltime Dealer Services Administrator based in Amersfoort, Netherlands. You’ll report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities to include:

 

Dexter

-          to set up user accounts and passwords as required

-          to provide helpdesk services for dealerships in the use of Dexter

-          to update the Dexter system with (sales) information & close-outs

-          create grids and adjust them throughout the year

-          to liaise with dealers and the US in cases of technical problems

-          to maintain Dealer Dexter databases

-          work with JDE team to keep the system clean & up to date

-          to continuously check and adjust product information on Dexter

-          handle E-catalogue product translations

-          enter, translate & maintain bike specs on Dexter

-          create & maintain product lists (bikes and P&A) for EPOS

 

Apple

-          to continuously seek to increase sign up for Apple within the dealer base

-          to liaise with dealers with regard to the labels and data required

-          to liaise with dealers and the US in the case of technical problems

-          to ensure that a list of dealer’s using Apple are maintained

-          to assist in resolving any coding queries

-          create and update part number & barcode lists for EPOS used in the Benelux

-          create and ship duplicate labels when required

-          create custom labels in Loftware when required

 

Website maintenance

-          translate or create articles whenever necessary

 

Marketing

-          assist whenever necessary

 

 

The ideal applicant:

·         Has good level of Dutch, English and preferably French (oral and written)

·         Advanced user of IT packages including Word, Excel and e-mail

·         Excellent telephone skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Able to manage own workload with minimal supervision

·         Background in cycling or sports (beneficial)
