Based on Bontrager’s InForm research, an upright riding position is shown to place more weight on the rider’s sit bones. The wider, padded Nebula saddle is designed specifically for FX bikes in order to allow the rider’s weight to disperse across a larger area. Less pressure means less fatigue, resulting in greater comfort and higher performance and a more enjoyable ride.

New for 2009! Flex Form™ Saddles pivot back and forth subtly with the motion of the pelvis in the act of pedaling. Suspended on a rubber elastomer, the saddle is able to flex with the rider’s natural pedal stroke to deliver a noticeably smoother ride. Flex Form technology is only available with the Bontrager Nebula saddles on the 7.5-7.9 FX.
