Summary Receive and troubleshoot bicycle related dealer and consumer phone calls and e-mails daily. The Aftermarket Product Technician will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data flowing into the Product Data Management (PDM) System as well as take on some additional reporting duties. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Excel, a great communicator, detail oriented and able to work independently through varying sized projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) · Providing user support for questions regarding data · Proofreading data as it arrives into the system · Ensuring accurate data arrives in our eCatalog · Working within Excel to manipulate data · Editing photos utilizing PhotoShop · Assisting in the creation of print catalog · Distributing and compiling reports as needed Education and Experience An Associates Degree in a related field would be helpful, but not required.
