The Trek CX Cup and UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup Waterloo are open to trade and consumer-focused media outlets, including print, TV, radio and digital. The events are open to any writer, photographer, or editor with an editorial assignment to cover the event for a media outlet that regularly covers cycling events, sporting events and/or regional or local community events.
The Trek CX Cup and UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup Waterloo will be held October 7-9 on the grounds of Trek Bicycle’s Global Headquarters at 801 W. Madison St. Waterloo, WI.
Media accreditation requests are being accepted now. Media accreditation requests must be made by 12:00 CST on Sept 30, 2022. No requests will be considered after this time.
Credentials are required for all media, including those who want cover any of the Trek CX Cup races as well as the UCI World Cup. Each person seeking a credential needs to contact Trek Bicycle with their own, individual request.
If your application is accepted, you will be notified with additional information leading up to the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup Waterloo. You may be asked for additional information about your media outlet or coverage plans before a decision is reached on your application.
Photo and video requests
Photographers and videographers may request a photo or video vest for access to special areas on-course and for finish line access. Approval for these vests is not automatic and will be limited to two vests per approved organization.
