With the Opening Ceremony just days away, Olympic-mania is beginning to crescendo to fever pitch levels. Excitement and anticipation are in the air as the world prepared to screech to a halt for 17 days, united and enraptured while the world’s best athletes compete at the highest level of sport. For qualifying athletes around the world, including Trek’s sponsored cyclists, competing at the Olympics is the honor and opportunity of a lifetime. Such a momentous occasion deserves special recognition. Fittingly, at the behest of Trek’s Team Liaison Ben Coates, the graphic designers and painters in Project One cooked up a fleet of custom-painted Madone 6.9s, TTX 9.9 SSLs, and Elite 9.9 SSLs to give our athletes something magical to ride as they go for the gold.
