Trek: Trek Bikes-a-Treat at Ride Camp 2008

Trek dealers from all over the UK couldn’t resist the pull of our 2008 Trek bike line-up last week when they came from far and wide to test our wares at two fantastic locations: Afan Forest Park, South Wales and Glentress, Scotland.

With expectations high as usual, the dealers tested bikes from dawn till dusk ranging from the EX range to 69er, 8 series to Madone and WSD. Beautiful crisp sunny weather turning muddy during the week meant that the bikes were well and truly tested to their limits and had non-stop rave reviews from our normally hard-to-please dealers – and so they should be…to get the best for you! And they were certainly not disappointed….

Overall, Ride Camp was praised as ‘an impressive set up with a well-presented good selection of bikes. Awesome trails, food, weather and bikes. Superb riding interspersed with coffee breaks meant you got a real feel for the bikes.’ ‘Trek have made very impressive improvements this year … we like everything about the New Madone.’ This year’s 08 Trek line-up goes from strength to strength with praise indeed for the bikes and also Wayne and the Demo Team.
