How do we do it? Hold down a 9 to 5 job, (often longer these days), ferry, feed and look after the kids, travel, visit our relatives, eat our 5-a-day, play our part in the community AND fit in time for cycling….
It is the nature of the beast; the curse of modern society. Changes in the way we work, travel and how we spend our leisure time mean we don’t look after ourselves as much as we should. But if we don’t look after ourselves, how can we look after other people? 75% of the UK population own a bike so let’s make time for cycling – be it a short trip down to the shops, a quick rush around the local area, a commute to work or a gentle ride with friends.
