Whether you're in the bike trade or you just enjoy cycling, you probably feel that there should be more people riding bikes to work in order to help the planet, help themselves and generally make cities a lot easier to get around. Nobody likes breathing in the fumes of cars and lorries stuck in traffic; nobody likes having to brace themselves against the noise a car clogged city can produce. But how do we get more people cycling?
Well, Carlton Reid and Tim Grahl may have some help for us. The two editors of 'Bike To Work' have put together what should be seen as one of the most important works on cycling as transport in the current age. Information on all aspects of cyling to work have been covered, including answers to the common complaints of arriving to work sweaty and how a helmet can create a serious bad hair day.
