The Madone is by far the best bike I've ever thrown my leg across. There's new ideas integrated into this bike. The way the bike looks and feels, the sounds it makes, this is next generation stuff. The Madone has evolved since my first Tour victory in 1999 and there's no doubt that the equipment that we'll ride in this Tour de France will be far and away the best equipment in the peloton.

What people are saying /
I took my new Madone out for its first real run today. That was 8 hours ago and I'm still buzzing! It's got the perfect balance of comfort and rigidity. When I put in a power surge it just took off. I've never known familiar hills seem so short and easy. Downhill it is very stable and it corners smoothly. This bike just glides. I enjoyed my ride so much that I broke into song at one point.

The new 6 series elevates the game drastically. The 6.9 is, simply put, a race horse that wants to run. Throwing your leg over the bike gives you the instant feeling that the bike is special. Pedal and you move forward. Think about turning and you've already done it. Want to go uphill? It's easier on this bike than any other.
