My bike isn't working well. What do I do?

We're sorry your bike is not functioning as it should. Your first step is to go to your local Trek dealer. They will assess the bike and all of its components. If parts are broken or not functioning properly they will inform you of all of your options.

If your frame is broken your Trek retailer will assess the frame and if it is a warranty issue. If deemed a warranty, your dealer will begin the process for repair or replacement. Be sure to check out our Warranty Page for details. Note that coverage is extended only to the original owner of the frame and original proof of purchase is required.

If your bicycle is broken and you are not the original owner you may be eligible for our Crash Replacement/Carbon Care Program. Contact your Trek dealer for additional information.
