Why can't I get my digital computer to pair with a sensor?

This may be caused by a low/dead battery or interference from other digital devices in the vicinity. Some troubleshooting procedures include:
1.    Make sure you are away from other digital computers and sensors.
2.    Remove the battery from the sensor, wait five seconds, replace the battery and try to PAIR. Replace if necessary.
3.    Remove battery from computer head, wait twenty seconds, replace the battery, try to PAIR. Replace if necessary.
