We do occasionally hear of OCLV frames collecting water. It seems to enter through the seat tube slot where the seat post enters the seat tube. It will not hurt the frame from a structural standpoint. The best remedy is to take a small section of a old road tube and stretch it over the seat tube just below the clamp (after removing the seat post) covering the slot. To drain the water out of the frame, we suggest removing the seat post and turning your frame upside down. Leave it overnight to allow the water to fully drain.
