All warranty work starts with a visit to your local Trek retailer. They'll log a photo and description of the problem into our warranty system for review and investigation by our tech team. After we review, we'll notify your retailer of the next steps, and if covered under warranty, we'll immediately send the replacement part, frame, or accessory out to the retailer for repair or replacement.
